TwitMix Terms

Effective February 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of TwitMix's browser extension, dashboard, and related services. TwitMix is owned by ChamsDel Online LLC, 304 S. Jones Blvd #3646, Las Vegas, NV 89107, United States. By installing or using TwitMix you agree to these conditions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, capable of forming a binding contract, and compliant with X (Twitter) platform policies. You are responsible for the accuracy of the X handle you associate with TwitMix.

2. Service description

TwitMix provides two main features: TwitMix (content remixing) and TwitPly (AI-powered reply drafting). TwitMix allows you to mark posts as you scroll through X, save them for remixing, and transform them into fresh, original tweets using multiple remix modes (educational, inspirational, informational, CTA, or fix for grammar/spelling correction). You can add your own thoughts and context to guide remixes, customize tone and niche preferences, and polish content with tools to shorten, lengthen, or refresh hooks. TwitPly helps you draft replies in your voice directly within the X reply box, learning from your real replies to match your writing style. Both features operate through a browser extension and are supported by a dashboard for analytics, reply tracking (including daily counts and engagement streaks), settings, and activity timelines. The extension automatically tracks every reply you make on X and supports catch-up mode to backfill past replies.

3. License & acceptable use

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to install and use the TwitMix extension and dashboard for your own social media workflow. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or use TwitMix to automate spammy or abusive behavior. TwitMix never auto-posts content—you always review and approve every draft before posting. You remain responsible for all content you publish.

4. Payments & subscriptions

TwitMix offers a 7-day free trial (Annual plan), after which you may choose Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime subscription plans. All payments are processed via Stripe. Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan. Lifetime access is a one-time payment. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or as specified in our refund policy. You authorize us to share the minimum necessary information with Stripe to process payments. We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice.

5. Data & privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. You remain the owner of all content you create. We collect and process data necessary to provide our services, including reply text, engagement analytics, and preferences. We use AI to generate drafts and analyze your writing patterns, but you always maintain full control over what gets posted.

6. Third-party services

TwitMix relies on Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), and OpenAI (AI generation). Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of their services. TwitMix is independent from X (Twitter) and does not guarantee continued compatibility if X changes its APIs, UI, or terms of service.

7. AI-generated content

TwitMix uses artificial intelligence to generate draft replies (TwitPly) and remixed content (TwitMix). AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated drafts before posting. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content for your purposes.

8. Disclaimers

TwitMix is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific engagement outcomes, or that AI-generated drafts are error-free or suitable for your needs. You should review all drafts before posting. We do not guarantee that using TwitMix will result in increased engagement, followers, or any other specific outcomes on X (Twitter).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwitMix and ChamsDel Online LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, reputation, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the extension, compromise the security of the service, or engage in abusive behavior on X (Twitter). You may stop using TwitMix at any time by uninstalling the extension, canceling your subscription (where applicable), and contacting us to delete your data. Upon termination, your access to premium features will cease.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as our product evolves. We will post the new effective date above and notify active users via email or dashboard notification when material changes occur. Continued use of TwitMix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the service.
